Bill Erickson
Founder/OwnerBill is the founder and owner of Erickson Marine. Since 1997, he has worked to bring together a group of experienced and trustworthy professionals to ensure his customers are happy with their boat buying experience. Prior to forming Erickson Marine, Bill worked for Wellcraft Boats for 20 years, leading their worldwide distribution network as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining Wellcraft, Bill was employed by Mercury Marine and Caterpillar’s marine engine development division. Bill not only works with boats, he plays with them, too. As part of a boating family, Bill can often be found fishing and boating for fun in local waters, the Florida Keys and the Caribbean Islands. He lives with his wife Missy on Longboat in Sarasota, FL and has done so for over 30 years.
